Circuit de la Comunitat Valenciana Ricardo Tormo was built in 1999 and is a 2.517 mile road course with 14 corners. Mostly a flat course, this track is immensely challenging. It boasts high speeds while also mixing in some very technical corners. This often serves as a test track for Formula One. You can find this course in Cheste, Valencia, Spain. This is a challenging course for cars; even more so for motorcycles. In fact, I usually see this more as a motorcycle course than a car course. This plays host to rounds of World Superbike as well as MotoGP as far as motorcycles are concerned. This track is also an exclusive course to Tourist Trophy. Even for a track just over ten years old, it still remains a great challenge to race whether on four wheels or two. This blog post concerns this lovely racing facility that is very much a real driver's track.

Here is a look at the layout for Valencia:^ from: gpticketshop.com - This track has very minimal elevation changes and plenty of challenging corners. Prepare to earn your victories and your fast lap times here, because this track is NOT easy.
And here is a video lap around this course with Tom Coronel):
As for the sounds the driver makes behind the wheel, he's (Tom Coronel) just letting you know how physical it is to race this track. I think the toughest corner on the track is the final turn, especially on a motorcycle. You're trying to set yourself up properly for that final corner. Lean too far while braking, and you'll end up high-siding on a motorcycle.
Lap Times.
The official lap record around Valencia is 1:23.489 by Marc Gené in the Le Mans Series (obviously in a prototype) in 2007. The unofficial lap record was set in 2006 by Anthony Davidson in a Honda F1 car with a time of 1:08.540. I don't have much more information on lap times around this course, unfortunately.
