A Salute to Ivana

John B. Marine | 8/27/2016 01:35:00 AM | | | | Be the first to comment!
Ivana of "a little place to call my own" has been a long-time supporter and visitor of my work. So I figured I would honor this Croatian cutie with this blog post. Ivana's blog features her fashion, travel, and art insights. There is a little of everything that this Croatian blogger offers to the online realm. Even still, I want to salute her out of love and respect. While I do get blog hits from Croatia (hello to any and all Croatians reading this post), I figured I'd do the nation proud by paying respect to one of Croatia's own in this "John's Blog Space" post.

NOTES: Because I've seen her under certain surnames, I will only refer to her as Ivana. To avoid any copyright issues, I will not hotlink any images.

A Salute to Ivana

This video gives you a little idea of Ivana and her voice and looks:

^ "Book review Pawn of Prophecy by David Eddings"

To be honest, I like Ivana's voice. I was doing my research for this topic and came across this video. Anyhow, moving on...

Ivana is from Split, Croatia. I am not sure if I found the Croatian blogger's material or if she found me. Either way, I am pleased to come across her in some capacity. She runs a blog called "a little place to call my own." Her blog really is more than just about fashion. While fashion is a focus of the blog, she also shares some of her illustrations as well as travel insights. You know you are in for something special when even a post regarding some location is just as detailed as any of her fashion posts. So rather than just fashion, Ivana offers travel and art insight. While I haven't seen every last post of hers, I do check in at times to gauge her fashion style. Ivana's blog is available in both English and Croatian.

There is no real concrete definition or designation of her fashion style. Not so much into trends, but she does a fine job putting together a lot of outfits. Most of her style is rather classy and modest. So nothing overly casual or overly elegant is featured. You can get an idea of her fashion style by looking at Ivana's LOOKBOOK profile.

The reason why I am honoring Ivana is because she has been a regular visitor and comments often to my posts. To show my support, I've offered this post as well as offering my respect to this lady. I am hopeful she can appreciate me devoting an entire blog post to her. Since "a place to call my own" isn't entirely a fashion blog, that's why I am featuring her here in my main blog rather than in my fashion blog, "StyleSpace by JBM." Either way, I am thankful and pleased to gain a loyal visitor. Not just a loyal visitor, but someone who offers some timely insight.

I know I say that "John's Blog Space" is a blog about anything and everything. If you were to categorize it as one specific kind of blog, JBS is a personal blog. It is a personal blog that has a professional feel to it and with professional material. Since this is a personal blog, I often times mix up topics and even offer differing topics. I may offer something educational in one post and then go and make something personal in another. All of this adds to the appeal of "John's Blog Space." Besides this sort of chatter, I find great importance in trying to pay respect in people all around the world. So it is great to try to provide honor and respect to others. One of my initial goals for 2016 anyways was to pay tribute to certain individuals as a means of celebrating people and showing respect to others. And of course... to offer something positive amid the various negativity online.

A Salute to JED

John B. Marine | 7/21/2016 02:17:00 AM | | | | Be the first to comment!
I want to salute a fellow blogger for this post. This blog post salutes a Filipino lady named JED. JED is short for Joana Erica Danielle. The blogger behind "Ericaritish" is a courageous petite with a spirit greater than her petite frame. Ever since following her work, she is someone who I think is inspiring. Besides her inspiring posts, she is also quite fashionable. As a blogger, JED's material is more a series of thoughts and musings rather than a fashion blog. Kind of like how I praised Lily Fang of "Imperfect Idealist" for her deep thoughts on life in addition to her featuring outfit posts of hers.

One of the best things about having a personal blog is that you are mostly responsible for yourself, and you also are free to say almost anything you want. You could blog about almost any topic and even mention certain things on a personal level. You do have to be a good bit careful if mentioning personal matters or offering personal feelings for all to see. You can even make ordinary people seem like celebrities or superstars if you devote an entire post to that person and offer such encouraging words. Having said all of this, I'd like to share a moment that helped show I have somehow meant something to someone.

A Moment of Respect.

There was a point where JED mentioned me in a blog post years ago. It was proof that someone thought of me and praised me for making a positive impact on her life. I have to set up the story a bit just to help you understand what the context involves. The post basically was in reference to her aspirations as a writer. Part of the post, including the comments in regards to me are featured below in this quote. Take a look:

"If you’re telling me that maybe I’m getting the wrong choice of career, you’re wrong. This is what I love, being in the industry of authors, editors, writers, columnists, etc. This is really the profession I wanted to take. I’m just being TOO LAZY."

"And I find my courage again when a friend of mine, Mr. John Marine, had an article about blogging stuff which I find it absolutely true. He inspires many people across the world including me. And his words are very powerful and meaningful that you will get up from where you are seated and start doing what you really love that is good for you and for your career. I appreciate everything he does for me all the time.
If you want to meet him, just visit his blog here."

-from: "Reformation" (Ericaritish)

To would-be haters of my work, this is what NOT being a hater or a troll can do for you.

My Further Salute.

If JED were to read this, I have this to say. I always say that you inspire me as much as I have inspired you. I have enjoyed and admired knowing you as a friend online through the blogosphere as well as in social media. I am thankful we have crossed paths. Even if separated by the Pacific Ocean and the Pacific and Mountain time zones of the United States, it brings me great pleasure knowing I've impacted your life in a positive way. I am always someone to try to offer positivity in an increasingly negative world and society. You are certainly welcome for all of the support and backing I've offered to you even in times when you feel weak or not good enough. I want the best for you and hope you are able to become as amazing of a person as you aspire to be. As much as I have inspired you, you also inspire me. You are an example to let me know it is greatly possible to influence and encourage others. You at least show my efforts ultimately pay off. Having said all of this, I wish you the best in all of your endeavors and in whatever challenges you set your mind and heart to. We may or may never meet in person, but I certainly am pleased I have made a positive impact on your life.

Most importantly, thank you so much for your continued support and for thinking of me.

I actually enjoy the feeling knowing I am regarded kindly for my positive spirit. This post was just an example of me giving back. I really do love being able to make positive impacts on people. I hope you are able to enjoy this blog post. I actually wanted to make this tribute long ago, but never completed it fully until now. Thank you for reading! Take care and be well.

A Salute to Warren Fernando

John B. Marine | 7/21/2016 01:04:00 AM | | | | Be the first to comment!
I want to salute a blogging friend of mine. Meet Warren Fernando, a blogging friend of mine from the Philippines who meant a lot to me early in my blogging career. I want to pay tribute to him here to offer my thanks and to show that I am thankful for him even caring about me. I would encounter this fellow online. He wondered how to get better as a blogger. When I read some of his posts, I got to see some of the life issues he brings about. Warren combines certain songs he enjoys and connects them to life issues of his or for others. He provides some deep connections between moments in his life and music. It is really a fine blog of his, and he does great work.

While I am not entirely a blogging superstar, I am thankful someone even thought of me and looked to me for some help and some encouragement. That's why I am glad I got to meet Warren online. I actually wanted to do a tribute post to him for a long time. It hasn't been until recently I actually gathered the ability to actually make this post.

If Warren is Reading This...

Especially when I was somewhat on the rise, I want to thank you for even caring about me and thinking of me in wanting to make your blog better or to become more visible. Blogging is tough, especially if trying to make yourself visible. I am pleased you found just enough out of me and my material to wonder how to get better. I did enjoy seeing your posts long ago. Wherever you are or however you are doing today, I hope you're well. I wish you the best in all aspects of life. Most importantly- thank you. Can't stress this enough.

For More Information...

His blog hasn't been updated in ages; but if you want to visit his work just to see his blog, go to 24K Forever!!!.

I hope you enjoyed this salute. I simply wanted to thank someone whom has been influential in me continually providing support and respect for my work. You feel this way after you've blogged for so long and came across so many different people. Anyhow, this is another example of "anything and everything" from a blog about... "anything and everything." This has been another awesome blogging presentation of "John's Blog Space." Subscribe and follow if you enjoyed this post. John's Corner: 2016 Theme?

John B. Marine | 1/01/2016 02:31:00 AM | | | | | Be the first to comment!
I may have a theme for 2016. That theme could be... Thanks, or Tribute. I feel the power to thank and honor people. How to offer such thanks depends. I am no stranger in offering salutes to others in my blog(s). However, I want to offer some more thanks or make certain tributes. One thing about life is that while you may have no idea how much longer you will be living, you have to remember and honor all whom have helped you to be at your best. So to talk more about this possible theme of mine for 2016, I welcome you to another edition of...

Johns Corner
JOHN'S CORNER! This is the series where it is just me chatting with you straight up on things.

I am someone who believes success in something like in any of my published content would not have garnered me any success had it not been for people who (at the least) given me a chance. I didn't buy success. I didn't nicely ask success to make me popular. But just the fact I got to encounter some amazing people is enough to make me feel thankful and proud. Even if people do not readily respect and honor me, I at least want to show I care about other people and entities. So what I want to do is offer some sort of support to show I care.

In a continuing quest to try to boost positivity to a negative society, one of my latest moves is to try to offer some sort of tribute and salute to various people and entities. Making these tributes and offering thanks can range from offering encouraging thoughts to making all sorts of media material for fun. For example, I may make voxel artwork of certain people or maybe do a blog post on certain individuals. Some of these things I will have to be careful doing because I could make something that I find supportive but may offend someone. It's like when comedians roast or grill certain people- you may think it is funny, but someone may take it the wrong way and not get the joke or not like it. I am not a good joke teller, so don't worry about me here.

Past Examples of Tributes.

Here are some past blog posts of mine where I contributed my own salutes to certain individuals and even certain audiences. This gives you an idea of some of the different tributes I've done before:

My Salute to the LGBT Audience (John's Blog Space)
A Salute to Arielle (John's Blog Space)
My Salute to Australia
A Salute to Lily Fang
JGTS Salute to GTPlanet (John's Race Space)

As you can tell, I have no problem showcasing love and respect for an individual or set of individuals. Life is too short to be a hater. We all have to be thankful for many different individuals whom have helped us to be where we are today. Especially if you enjoy where you are today with help from others who helped you get there, you are certainly thankful. It is good to be thankful, but it is even better to express your thanks in your own unique and respectful ways. How I choose to help my cause and contribute to it depends. For now, I feel to offer my thanks to all whom have supported me and all whom I admire and respect any way I can.

To all of my loyal readers and visitors, let's keep working together. I would love to keep going on a great clip even as "John's Blog Space" nears another year of existence. Thank all of you for your support of all of my online work for as long as I've been publishing. I wish all of you be happy, safe, and blessed. Thank you for reading! Take care and be well.

Paradise Road

John B. Marine | 12/31/2015 11:07:00 PM | | | | Be the first to comment!
Paradise Road is an online forum all about performance and automotive awesomeness. It is mostly devoted to classic American cars in points around the United Kingdom in car shows and in racing events. The online community has been around since 2002. It is run by a fellow named Shaun Middleton. I've seen everything from classic American cars to even things like an eight-second Bentley drag race car to a Volvo funny car. Personally, I am always compelled about this deal because I become ever so intrigued at just how much American cars are sought after and admired in the United Kingdom. It is because of this as to why I continue to be awed by the many different cars and such featured on Paradise Road.

If Shaun himself is reading this, I want to say that I am always compelled and interested in just how much American cars are sought after and admired in the United Kingdom. While I am not extremely biased of American cars, I do admire just how much these cars are liked and admired by you all on the side of the Atlantic Ocean. Even more fascinating is all the drag racing of these machines in the UK. It is of great pleasure to be exposed in this sort of way about American cars. Even too, the various non-American cars that show up in Paradise Road posts are great to watch. Simply put, you do a great job putting everything together, and contributions from other members is nothing short of amazing. Glad to check this material out and enjoy it. Still do to this day. Thank you for making this all possible.

Got Facebook and want to join in on the fun? Visit Paradise Road's Facebook Fan Page to join in on the Paradise Road awesomeness. Further love for Paradise Road can be shown on YouTube by subscribing to the Paradise Road YouTube channel.

A Salute to Lily Fang

John B. Marine | 2/14/2015 10:44:00 AM | | | | Be the first to comment!
I want to salute and honor a blogging friend of mine in this blog post. Lily Fang of "imperfect idealist" is not only a blogging friend of mine, but also someone who exudes positivity with her posts and personality. Her blog is more than a fashion blog- it is a blog with musings on life and living. She has long been a supporter of my online content. Considering I get an international audience, I figured I would introduce my international audience to the wonderful Lily Fang of "imperfect idealist." That is what I intend to do in this blog post. No special reason, no special agenda, not asking for anything in return... just making a salute because I want to. Welcome to another "John's Blog Space" post!

To avoid any sort of possible copyright issues or anything, no images of her will be featured in this post. That is the protocol I usually follow when trying to make mention of certain other bloggers.

--- A Salute to Lily Fang ---

Lily is a fashion blogger, a distance runner, and a violinist among other things. I am not sure exactly how I found her blog, but when I first noted Lily, her blog was called "A Burst of Color." Her style is mostly about color rather than keeping up with the latest trends. She is certainly unique in how her style is patterned. A lot of her styles are very casual. However, she does go for classy pieces as well as some lovely dresses for special occasions.

More importantly, Lily's blog posts offer a number of philanthropic thoughts. Not every day in life is a pleasureful experience, but there is still something to learn both in success and in failure. Her blog greatly expresses these points in a number of her personal experiences. Many of Lily's posts are a combination of peeks into her fashion style coupled with interesting life stories of hers. Lily's blog posts are the unique poetry and synergy of her personal fashion style coupled with the journey of a young person going through life, learning (and teaching) valuable lessons along the way. She can be someone to learn from. I especially think she's a positive influence for secondary school and young college students. So you types between the ages of 12-21 out there have my approval to go check out Lily on life advice.

If Lily is Reading This...

Lily, thank you over the years for being such a great supporter of me and my work. I have long appreciated you and your presence online. I have respected you for more than just fashion- your personality and character are positive and pure in our negative society. Continue to spread your positive influence across the Internet. Outside of blogging, best wishes to you in all aspects of life. Best of luck to you in your studies. You are among one of many people whom are important to me in all of my online work (including blogging). It has been an outstanding honor for us to cross paths. Thank you so much for your influence and your involvement.

I hope you appreciate my efforts to spotlight you and your work. I didn't have to pay tribute to you and honor you, but I chose to because I want to personally let you know my appreciation of you, your work, and your presence.

For More Information...

This blog post is mostly over. If you would like to visit the blog of the person whom I've saluted in this post, I invite you to visit www.imperfectidealist.com. To share a sample of one of her posts, here is one I enjoyed: "Barefoot in the Park" (imperfect idealist).

I hope you have enjoyed this post. I want to hope you're able to visit Lily's blog after I've done my part celebrating her in this post. It is always nice to know there are people who salute and respect other people in unique ways rather than look for every possible opportunity and reason to demean and hate someone. Not everyone tries to honor friends or certain people, but at least it's nice to know someone is willing to show respect in any way possible- even including through blog posts, and even including through people you don't personally know or have met personally. I've still done my part to show respect in a specific way.

"John's Blog Space" is a positive space with a number of different positive things I try to do. I don't use any of my blogs to attack people or spew hatred. I only post material that I am hopeful people will enjoy and share. And surely, I hope this is one of those posts. Maybe I'll pay tribute to more people in the future here on "John's Blog Space" or elsewhere. You may never know. Of course, you never will know if you don't Follow my work in any capacity. So if you enjoyed your time here, I'd like for you to Subscribe and Follow my blog if you haven't done so already. Have yourself a great day/night and thank you for reading! Take care and be well.

You Make Me Better.

John B. Marine | 6/16/2013 09:39:00 PM | | | | | | Be the first to comment!
No matter how good we are (or think we are), we are only as good as what we think we are. Some people actually push us to be better than we already are. Everyone can be better in some sort of way. People who help us to be better in life or in any industry are those whom are saluted in this blog post. Maybe some peoples' tactics may be unusual. Maybe some people may annoy or anger you. But if it is in the effort to make us better in the long run, then it's worth it. So...

Who makes YOU better?

For myself, I have been thankful to receive support and encouragement from many people in my life. But if there was someone whom really helped me to become a better person, I have to say my brother has made be a better person. He's taught me things like doing something nice for someone to offer a little happiness to others. My brother even taught me on not having such a defeatist attitude about things. Maybe some things were said in ways where I didn't like what I was told, but at least it was in an effort to make myself that much a better person. Part of being who I am is just being myself. Another part is in taking others' advice and using that advice to make myself a better person. These concepts together equal myself being a better person when I already know I am only as good as I say I am.

Who makes YOU a better person? These can be friends, family, lovers, or your spouse. It is absolutely a great feeling if you're in a relationship, and your lover encourages you to be a better person. It is always great having friends who believe in you and care about you and even make you a better person. Be thankful if you have family who care about you with great sincerity to help you to be a better person. Sometimes, people you may not know personally may end up making you a better person. This is especially true when there are people online you know that you've never personally met. You may NEVER meet someone in person, but just knowing you've meant something to them means all the difference in the world. I was reminded of this when I E-Mailed two of my blogging friends. I got the feeling from many of my fellow bloggers that my insight and inspiration have helped them to become better people and to instill confidence in them for when they are down. So I am very glad my work means something.

I salute everyone who makes others better with this blog post. You are awesome. Keep up the great work.

So who makes you better? Who drives you to become a better person? Am I someone who makes you better maybe? I hope this blog post touches your heart and makes you appreciate the good people in our lives who help make us better. Thank you for reading!

Thankful

John B. Marine | 11/22/2012 11:45:00 AM | | | | 1 Comment so far
Happy Thanksgiving to every one of you! Believe it or not, this blog post you are about to read was done all the way back on November 26, 2009. I have since deleted the old post and updated it with some more content. I salute you if you remember "John's Blog Space" in 2009! :) Anyhow, here is my Thanksgiving contribution (though it doesn't need to be Thanksgiving). Enjoy this one!

I am thankful...
• ...to be alive and well, any specific health conditions notwithstanding.

• ...to have my best friend- my mother.

• ...I have a wonderful family.

• ...to be supplemented with food, water, shelter, and care.

• ...I have a computer, webcam, software, and a wireless Internet connection. Otherwise, I wouldn't be able to provide so much online media to all of my viewers on YouTube and readers of my blog.

• ...I have so much YouTube support. Feels great knowing people care and that I've touched someone's life in a positive way.

• ...I have friends both online and offline. I try not to forget people. That's even if people whom I thought were friends (especially on the Internet) decide to drop me as a friend. I don't know what I've done wrong, which makes this even worse.

• ...to have multiple successful blogs as well as being thankful to meet so many loyal readers who introduce me to their own blogs. It is always great to win the respect of others with my work.

I'm also thankful for people who provide meals for those who don't have families to meet with, homes to go to, and things like that. Shout out to all the churches and such providing meals for people ranging from the homeless to ill/disadvantaged children. I am also thankful of people in the police force, fire departments, all in the medical field, and of course... the proud men and women of the United States Army and all of its branches (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard).

What are YOU most thankful for? Feel free to share your ideas.

IN CASE YOU'RE INTERESTED...

Get ready for some YouTube love.

I did a YouTube video a long time ago called "Thankful." You can see that old video of mine on "JohnMarineTube" by clicking this: "Thankful" (YouTube). I also did a video you can see called "Be Thankful ALL THE TIME!" (YouTube).

Thank you for reading! And on this day, happy Thanksgiving to all of you!

Leap Babies

John B. Marine | 2/29/2012 02:05:00 AM | | | 1 Comment so far
Born on February 29th? If so... happy birthday, leap babies! Make a wish and blow out the candles on the birthday cake! This blog post salutes those born on February 29. Because they were born on that day, they have to wait every four years to celebrate their proper February 29th birthday. Most of these days usually is a celebration that falls between February 28 and March 1st. But every four years, that magical day of February 29th comes along. I had initially intended this blog be a proper post about all leap babies. However, the only famous leap baby I'm familiar with is hip-hop artist Ja Rule (every thug needs a lady! :D), born on February 29 in 1976. Anyhow, this blog post is a brief one about leap babies (or "leapers").

Thank you for visiting my primary blog, John's Blog Space! By the way... this is officially Post #888! :)

--- Leap Year Birthdays ---

So what is it like to celebrate or anticipate a leap year birthday? Well, check this out:

Here are some websites you can visit to learn more about leap years and leap babies:

Again- happy birthday to all you leap babies out there! :) Thank you for reading this brief blog post!

Meeting Other Bloggers

John B. Marine | 2/09/2012 02:41:00 PM | | | 3 Comments so far
(UPDATED: April 5, 2012)

If you are blogging, chances are, you may find someone who loves your work and wants to share his/her material with you. So this bit of blogging advice is simply about connecting with other bloggers. Us bloggers are (and should be) one big happy international family. We all share the same love of posting material online for the world to see.

Meeting Other Bloggers: Why Bother?

There are key reasons why you want to meet other bloggers and be friendly with them. Here are some of the many:

1.) More exposure. Don't you want yourself to be exposed to others? Don't you want the opportunity to connect with more people? Anyone who wants to attract more attention from visitors have to find ways to branch out and get exposed.

2.) Communication. Blogging is like YouTube- it is not a competition. I am not competing with other blogs for supremacy in the blogosphere. I do want to meet more people and get more loyal readers. I do want to have more Facebook fans, Google FriendConnect followers, and more.

On the Blogger/Blogspot platform, I mostly like to think of all of us as an international family. Same goes for any blogging platform, really.

Getting Yourself Out There.

Often times in blogs, I see bloggers posting links to their own blog in posts. Blogs and sites that allow for commenters to post HTML links usually will grant you the chance to post links in posts. A simple HTML tag that links to your blog/site will allow visitors reading your comments to visit your blog. Or, they may find out about your primary blog through your Blogger/Blogspot profile and visit there. If you are commenting on other peoples' blogs and websites, it is best to provide a link to your own blog so people who enjoyed your comment.

People look for new blogs almost every day. Why not help your own blog's cause by promoting your own blog? You may meet some completely new people and gain support from newer people. If you need help with HTML code, here are two sites I recommend so you can learn HTML:

Quackit
W3Schools

Blogger Meetups.

The biggest way to get yourself noticed is to meet bloggers in person. For example, would you love the opportunity to meet your favorite blogger(s) in person? There are some bloggers and loyal readers (not naming any) whom I'd love to meet in person. People may know my personality in blogging, but how many know how I can be in person? That's one thing about the Internet- you know only so much about the people we honor and cherish that we don't really know how they are away from the Internet. I think doing blogging and videos only provides only a closed view of who we really are on the inside.

It isn't as if I get invited to or accept any blogger meetups on a regular basis. I am not sure of the Houston/Galveston blogging community, but I do know that Mike McGuff is perhaps the best blogger here in the Houston/Galveston area. Most of the ones who show up at these blogging deals are basically some of the better bloggers online whose popularity warrants a meet-and-greet event. Then again, some are just casual blogger meetups where various bloggers just come together and meet each other.

As of this post, I have NEVER been involved in any sort of blogger meetup; nor have I actually met any fellow bloggers in person. There are a number of peoples' blogs whom I follow which I wouldn't mind or love to meet in person.

--- Various Bloggers ---

You should be able to meet more bloggers online and introduce yourself to their blogs. So what I decided to do is show you some of the many blogs I follow. The majority of these are recent blogs I've followed or certain blogs I've followed for a long time, and are mostly feminine fashion blogs. I actually didn't intend on featuring so many here. However, you need to meet more people if you want to meet more people and get more exposure online. So I want to introduce you to some of the blogs that I follow.

These are miscellaneous blogs I want to feature just to share with you all. A lot of these are blogs that have recently Followed my work or even are just some I want to make a shout out to. Some of these are blogs I rarely mention in my posts.

Maytedoll
^ Meet Mayte. She is a beautiful fashion blogger deeply influenced by the style and charm of the Kardashian sisters. This Mexican fashion diva based here in Texas has a sense of style that will truly charm you. She often times sport some lovely platforms and high heels. You may see her in garments ranging from jeans to lovely dresses. Mayte and her styles are a rainbow of fashionable goodness.

Deconstruction
^ Deconstruction is the blog of a Florida-based beauty named Mackenzie. What makes her fashion blog different from most others is that her fashions are either created or altered by herself, or are mostly affordable fashions she showcases. I respect her a lot for both her fashion as well as her education in fashion. Have a visit to Mackenzie's blog if this description of it interests you.

Burst of Color
^ This young girl named Lily has a colorful sense of style. Just about all of her outfit posts are casual. She smiles sweetly. Check out some of her colorful and casual styles by visiting "Burst of Color."

COMBO-MONSTER
^ This is the blog of a young fashion blogger named Duygu. This blogger from Turkey is a beautiful young lady with great charm in her many outfits. Lovely long hair and an angelic face make her a truly lovely lady.

SAZI'S TOP SECRET
^ Recently, a lady commented about her blog to me. The blog "SAZI'S TOP SECRET" showcases fashion style of the lady named Sazi. A lot of her styles are chic styles along with a few more casual outfits.

Glam and Fab Chameleon
^ Born in Serbia and based in Greece, Jelena offers up some of her own fashion charm. This lovely lady has a great sense of style and various styles ranging from casual clothing to swimwear. She even can glam things up with her own classy style. So why not visit this blog and check out her style.

mioprincess loves pink!
^ Marina is a Greek goddess who is all about beauty and fashion. Let this blogger showcase her style to you. She loves pink, and I'm sure she would also love it if you visit her blog and take note of her fashions and styles.

Koltunovskaya
^ Natalie Koltunovskaya is a Russian fashion blogger who has many chic outfits to showcase. Her smile captivates just as wonderfully as her outfits. Natalie will not disappoint you with her sense of style.

My Silk Fairytale
^ As one of the most versatile fashion bloggers online, Alina of "My Silk Fairytale" showcases many of her unique looks. They can range from chic to casual. This sweet blogger from Romania can do it all- girly, tough, rocker-chic, beautiful, classy... you name it, and she will not disappoint in showing you a nice look as well as giving a nice little story on each look.

Lucky Packet
^ She is honestly one of the cutest bloggers you will ever come across. This ray of fashionable sunshine who runs "Lucky Packet" is Laiqah (pronounced "lah-ee-kah"). The petite South African has a lovely sense of style through many cute outfits. Laiqah boasts a pretty smile, a cute face, and lovely hair. I really think she's one of the cutest fashion bloggers anywhere online.

Style 4 Curves --For the Curvy Confident Woman
^ I don't know too many people from Mississippi, but one proud representative of the Magnolia State is one curvy beauty named Venessia. Let this stylish lady showcase you her style through many of her lovely outfits.

Viva Voluptuous!
^ The Canadian blogger Marisa is a plus size beauty with a host of blog posts regarding plus size fashion. The blog mostly consists of a lot of picture inspirations as well as many different outfit posts.

Sachê e Bombom
^ Camille is a young curvy blogger from Brazil who exudes absolute cuteness. She has a cute smile, a cute face, and some cute hair. Her blog, "Sachê e Bombom," is bilingual. Each post features text in Portuguese and translated to English. So fear not about any sort of language barrier here.

Amy a la Mode
^ Aspiring actress and fashion model Amy lends her unique pictures and charm to "Amy a la Mode." A lot of her pictures are very vintage-inspired. Have a look at her blog and enjoy her pictures.

Now some more people I just want to shout out to...

Musings of a Sega Racing Fan
^ Eric has been a long-time supporter of my blog and all of my online work. I usually mention him whenever I review Sega racing games here on "John's Blog Space." The least you could do is check out his blog. He mostly discusses racing games as well as his recent game programming and various other life issues.

Principessa Gabriella
^ It sometimes seems like I can't go one Salute-type post without mentioning Gabriella. Since I discovered "Principessa Gabriella" long ago, Gabriella herself has been nothing but fun and friendly. Her blog is a combination of outfits and various other musings from the plus size beauty.

Chris Morales Racing Blog
^ Sharing his love of racing and his desire to be a pro racing driver, Chris Morales offers up his blog. It is a fairly young blog started by him.

Ericaritish
^ The journey through life can be either very enjoyable or very taxing. Joana Erica Danielle is a teenage girl whom shares her journey through life with a combination of deep thinking and lighthearted humor. It's one girl's look at life through the eyes and heart of this young Filipino lady.

Axis Of Oversteer
^ Axis Of Oversteer is a blog I read from time to time. It's funny that a guy who loves racing hardly ever visits a blog about racing. Axis Of Oversteer is a great racing blog with lots of great content for racing fans.

I actually didn't want this to be a huge Salute post. I only wanted to mention a few people, but ended up mentioning MANY more people. A majority of blogs I follow on here are feminine fashion blogs. Therefore, you fashionable types will have plenty to be proud of that I've featured here. I make salutes to people often times. If you want to see all of my latest posts in the "Salutes" category, click the following link to see all of my latest "Salutes" category blog posts.

The main point of this blog post is that if you want to get more readers and more subscribers, you need to branch out and expand. Read other peoples' blogs. Respond to other peoples' material (respectfully). Just get yourself out there and exposed. You want to be able to get people to care about your work should they find interest in visiting your own blog. You never know who actually respects your work and comes back time and time again to read your content.

With this said, go meet some new bloggers! :) Thank you for reading!

My Salute to Australia

John B. Marine | 1/25/2012 02:55:00 PM | | | 1 Comment so far
With today being Australia Day in Australia, I want to take this time to salute all of my Australian friends and fans with this post. This American fellow named John Marine wants to wish all of you Australians happy Australia Day. Australia Day to Australians is like Independence Day to us Americans. Australia is usually one of the biggest audiences to visit my blog and/or my YouTube channel. I've been very pleased meeting people online not only from Australia, but also New Zealand. I mentioned in an old post (and in an old video) some of my favorite locations in Australia. I think places like Sydney and Melbourne are two of my favorite cities. Also, I like other cities like Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, and Townsville among many others. Most of you know I'm a racing fan. So you know I was jacked when I saw the Bathurst 1000 for the first time live on American television last year. And among motorsports personalities, your fellow Aussie, Leigh Diffey, is one of my favorite motorsports announcers.

I just wanted to make this quick post to salute all of my Australian readers of John's Blog Space. I always want to make material that I think the world can enjoy, and I always welcome an international audience. If you're Australian or from Australia, and if you love my blog, YouTube channel, or whatever; thank you very much! I hope I can continually make great content for all of you.

This concludes my Australian salute since it is Australia Day down in Australia. So one last time...

Australia Day

John's Corner - Blessed

John B. Marine | 1/16/2012 11:53:00 PM | | | | | 2 Comments so far
On January 15, 2012; I celebrated my 29th birthday. It gave me some time to reflect on something- I am blessed to receive so many kind words online for my birthday from so many people. Some people don't realize what doing something as simple as wishing someone a happy birthday can do. You know, just showing a little compassion for someone can brighten someone's day. My day was certainly brightened on Facebook with as many as 70+ Facebook friends (including family members) have wished me a happy birthday.

Can't say it enough, people. I am thankful of so many things. I am thankful for all the people whom have cared about me and my work. Blogging and YouTube are basically my life. I am certainly thankful for all the love and the respect I have received from friends, family, and fans of my work. That is why I always try to push for your respect and loyalty. To all the loyal folk, thank you so much for making me even 0.01% relevant in your life.

My birthday has already passed. But if you want to still wish me happy birthday here in my blog, you're free to do so! :)

This concludes my blog post. I just want to share this with my loyal and respectful readers worldwide. I want my loyal readers to show continued support of my work by taking part in various ways. Some of the many ways to show your support (if you haven't already) are listed below. Thank you for reading!

A Salute to Arielle

John B. Marine | 12/01/2011 05:02:00 PM | | | | 1 Comment so far
(UPDATED: May 12, 2012)

For the longest, I've wanted to salute a lady named Arielle Lee Bair. Arielle is a lady whom I've curiously came across online and greatly admire for her positive thinking and her motivation. The curiosity came as I looked for videos on YouTube for a pop singer named Arielle Lee from Arizona. But at one point, I saw an interesting motivational video from another Arielle- and she blew me away. Arielle primarily deals with eating disorders and recovering from eating disorders. However, she also deals in offering advice and motivation to those who most need the support. In addition, she lends her "Wednesday Warriors" advice to an eating disorder rehab collaboration called We Are Freedom Fighters (or "WeRFreEDomFighters"). I will do my best to introduce you to this person.

LATEST UPDATE(S):

MAY 11 2012 - added a link to a YouTube video I did about Arielle at the end of the blog post

Love John's Blog Space? If so (and if you haven't yet subscribed or followed), Subscribe and/or Follow!

About the Label: "Positive"

I might want to start a series on John's Blog Space devoted to people and groups who help provide something positive for others. These positives can relate either to motivational content, inspirational content, or simply providing entertainment. After all, entertainment can be a great way to provide some positive energy. While fans of my blog are whom I call my "Shining Stars," I want to devote some respect to shining stars that help provide something positive for all to read and enjoy and experience.

"John's Blog Space" is a positive space. I want my readers/subscribers to visit and feel happy to be here. I want people to be encouraged and happy when they're feeling down. With this label devoted to those who bring positive energy of some sort to other people, I hope I can help provide extra support for people who most need the support.

--- Arielle and Her Insight ---

Arielle is an angelic beauty in looks and in heart. This young lady has amazing heart. She speaks confidently in her videos and is professional in videos and blog posts. If you are someone who may need some positive reinforcement and some positive influence in your life, Arielle may be someone who you may want to gain insight from. Let me give you samples of what Arielle brings in terms of motivation. These are fairly brief videos just so I don't spend too much time focusing on her.

These videos below are only a sample of some of the different motivational videos she provides. More of her material can be found on her YouTube channel. Links to these resources will be posted later in this blog post. For now, here are some videos.

This was really one of the first videos I found of Arielle. It is based on a poem she did. Its advice may be able to help you if you are in the situation so eloquently described by Arielle:

Here is another video featuring some advice from Arielle. This one features issues related to having eating disorders:

Arielle also does certain videos in which she calls "Motivational Mash-Ups." These are essentially various motivational messages all crammed into one video. Here is a Motivational Mash-Up of hers:

Now you know what she brings to others.

--- Why I Honor Arielle ---

For someone like Arielle, I am proud for her because she provides wonderful information for those who most want or need support. She is someone who has taken some of her own past struggles and uses her experience to help empower others. I see her as a supportive figure whether you're facing day-to-day struggles or eating disorders. Someone as young as she is and to provide such wisdom is totally incredible.

Actively Arielle: A Voice With a Commitment.

Part of the URL name of her primary blog- Tears to Words- is proof alone that Arielle commits herself to helping others by providing empowering and encouraging content. Arielle's primary blog is called "Actively Arielle: A Voice With A Commitment." Her ability to take negatives in her life to empower others down on life is certainly worth love and respect. Arielle certainly gets my respect for what she does.

"Actively Arielle: A Voice With A Commitment" was voted the Top Eating Disorder Blog of 2010. She even sets up videos and blog posts based on topics people message and Email about. So it's safe to say she may offer video and blogging advice to help you with your issue(s).

One last thing... here is Arielle's mantra (click on it to learn more from Arielle):

"Recovery is possible."

--- What I Would Tell Arielle (if she read this) ---

What began with a curious YouTube search has led me to discovering your YouTube channel and seeing your videos and blog. I looked up one Arielle on YouTube, and I was then pleasantly surprised to come across another Arielle. You are a fantastic person with an amazing heart. Your courage and empowerment are very much needed in a negative world as this one. Even more so considering you're young. All of your insight and support regarding and not regarding eating disorders are very helpful. You already have gotten a good deal of consideration and respect, and I wish you even more success in all aspects of life.

(ADDED: December 22, 2011)
I would like to personally thank Arielle for linking this blog post here to her own blog. I noticed I got a blog hit from "Actively Arielle - A Voice With a Commitment" that linked to this post here. And so, I want to thank Arielle for enjoying my blog post so much that she decided to feature it in her own blog. I welcome everyone who visits "John's Blog Space" from "Actively Arielle - A Voice with a Commitment." And Arielle, it is your inspiration, your dedication, your motivation, your heart... that helped make my salute to you possible. This post was made for good reason. YOU made this possible. My respect for you made this post possible. So keep up the great work!

Would I Want to Meet Arielle (if given the chance)?

If you post a blog entry on someone who you praise and honor, of course you'd want to meet that person!

Personal Friends and Family Salute

John B. Marine | 11/10/2011 12:11:00 PM | | Be the first to comment!
I want to make this salute to any personal friends and family whom have been reading "John's Blog Space." As much as I try to make this blog as presentable as possible to people worldwide, I am also aware that friends and family of mine may be reading my material. I want to therefore thank friends and family whom read my blog. "John's Blog Space" is predicated on the concept of anything and everything, so there is a strong chance some of my "anything and everything" material will be grasped by any number of people.

This blog post is a salute to personal friends of mine and family members who read my blog. Whether it is your first time here or if you've been here before, welcome to this humble cyberspace abode of mine.

The Friends and Family Factor.

Nothing makes me feel happier than knowing there are personal friends and family members of mine whom read (and hopefully enjoy) my blogging work. When I was in college, I didn't have "John's Blog Space" or "JohnMarineTube" on YouTube to freely/cheaply promote to friends and classmates. So I feel like by not being around lots of people whom I love and respect, I am not as easily available to share my material freely to people whom I commonly encounter.

Another part of trying to discuss things on JBS from people I've personally met or known is in being careful choosing certain topics and saying certain things in posts. I sometimes get a bit uneasy talking about certain topics that may irk some people. I am also careful in discussing personal matters. Life issues are always influenced by past experiences in my life or deep thoughts I have. I do not want to give people the impression that I am falling on tough times with no place to turn. This is, after all, my own personal space. Anything goes here. So there are some topics I try to avoid discussing. However, people worldwide visit my blog. Part of trying to sell your content online is to offer content many people can enjoy or find interest in sharing. That includes talking about things I normally wouldn't discuss in real life with any degree of confidence.

I often note that at least 20 to 50 different countries and territories visit my blog daily. Google Analytics often tell me that over 100+ countries and territories visit my primary blog. Because so many people hit my blog, I have to make their visit worth their while. But no matter who all visits, my most important readers and fans are personal friends of mine (those whom I've personally met) and family members (including relatives).

New to John's Blog Space and a Personal Friend or Family Member of Mine?

What if you're a friend of mine or a former classmate of mine from school or college, and you're reading my blog for the first time? Well... welcome to my online home! This is where typing up stuff in a text file on my PC ultimately ends up being a blog post (after some HTML coding and stuff, of course). This is where after typing up something I am confident enough to release as is... I decide to add more stuff to it and make a post longer than it needs to be. This is where after editing stuff, I make an error and have to update it again and again until it is the post I REALLY tried to release before semi-foolishly released a post cold turkey.

In other words, welcome to my home! Enjoy your stay. :)

No matter who from around the world visits and shares my content, the biggest fans and most important readers are my friends and family. I am grateful to have so much support. This blog post was designed to honor and salute personal friends and family members who read my blog. If you enjoy reading my work, thank you so much! Loyal readers always make me happy, especially when those loyal readers are friends and family. This blog post was dedicated to every personal friend of mine whom have visited and read my material. Let me know that you appreciate my work if you do in fact care about my work! Thank you for reading!

My Salute to the LGBT Audience

John B. Marine | 9/28/2011 02:00:00 AM | | | Be the first to comment!
This post is my salute to LGBT readers who visit John's Blog Space. For those unsure of what LGBT stands for, LGBT relates to those who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and people like that. Many topics in this category have been posted by me. I don't know who all visits my blog, but I do want to salute this audience for those who are interested in my content and content under this label. Also, I've never given a proper introduction to this label. This post, then, is a dual-purpose blog post. I will salute the LGBT audience who reads my blog and also provide insight on discussing topics under this category.

--- My Salute to the LGBT Community ---
Having an audience follow and respect your work is always what any publisher of any quality content want. I have to be mindful of various audiences who visit and share my material.

So I would like to honor anyone and everyone lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, intersexed, genderqueer... whatever terminology within this category that defines you. I hope my material in this category is to your liking. None of the material I post is of any taboo. Part of my own influence has been in actually meeting such people. I can honestly say I've gotten to know at least one of each- a gay male, a lesbian female, (maybe) I've met someone bisexual, and I've eventually gotten to know a transvestite. So after teaching myself about certain issues facing LGBT folk and even gaining insight from certain LGBT folk I've contacted (mostly online), I was able to offer my comments and posts online to contribute to this category.

I do not release a label or a blog post if I don't feel able to generate some sort of following or gain some sort of respect from others. Not as many people actually comment (NOTE: I said people; not spammers) on my posts, so I don't know if my material has actually struck a chord with the LGBT community. I do know a significant amount of my audience has been interested in my blog post regarding androgyny in fashion and art. However, I want to know if my work actually has resonated with the LGBT audience in any such way. And if so, how many actually care about my work?

Regardless, I want to honor and thank all of you LGBT folk who support my work. This is more about transparency than anything else.

--- Why Post These LGBT-Themed Topics? ---
You could ask this question for almost every topic and every label I've introduced to this blog. I've actually introduced the LGBT Issues blog label in my blog post about Kim Petras. There are many people who have their own preoccupations and thoughts on people among the LGBT crowd. I have two options as someone who posts about various topics- either tune out a certain audience (and subsequently lose out on expanding my audience), or offer some topics with LGBT themes for those interested in this topic. Guess which one I obviously went with.

Everything I post for "John's Blog Space" is with the intent of providing content that is educational, entertaining, inspiring, informative, or any combination of these items. That even includes LGBT issues. I don't post anything until I feel I can comfortably discuss them. That ultimately leads me into discussing LGBT topics on John's Blog Space. I post these topics because I know there is an audience who has even remote interest in these topics. My general rule of thumb is to never release anything online unless you are completely confident and comfortable in what you post. And I'll be honest- some topics I post on are some that I am not comfortable putting in my blog or discussing. However, I post these topics anyway with a good degree of confidence because I have things to discuss, and people want to know what I think about certain things. Remember that I am responsible for myself. I am not posting material just because someone is watching over me or hoping for me to mention something. I am also not posting anything and trying to word everything in a certain way so I can make somebody happy.

Most of my posts in this category simply feature worthy elements related to or featuring LGBT issues. For example, I may make mention to some sort of same-sex elements or something along the lines of kissing someone of the same sex or something along the lines of crossdressing. Whatever I post is with the intent of being opinionated and factual; NOT along the lines of posting taboo. As an important element of discussing issues, I have to mention "the other side" of things. It adds credibility to posts and comments. I am not saying that taboo and just-for-fun material is bad; I am just saying that it's sometimes refreshing and different to look at things from a different perspective.

--- Final Thoughts ---
As important as any audience, I am always honored to meet new people and receive new support from others. That even includes

For the purpose of this blog post, I want to thank all of you LGBT folk whom have supported my work and read John's Blog Space. I want to post more content in this category/label to further interest the LGBT audience. But again- I don't know how much of my audience is that of LGBT folk. But for the gay/lesbian audience reading this blog and its posts, I salute all of you in this blog post.

You may be a male who prefers the company of other males. You may be a female who prefers the company of other females. You may be male or female and equally love males and females. You may be an androgynous person. Perhaps you are one person, but enjoy crossdressing; or you may be a permanent member of your non-birth gender. Perhaps you are intersexed, genderqueer, or whatever. Whatever the case, if you are proudly among the LGBT audience, and if you read/love "John's Blog Space" or any of my other online material; I salute you and thank you for your support!

Of course, I salute all of my readers for reading my post; but I wanted to take some time and salute the LGBT audience who reads my blog for this post here. Thanks to all of you for reading! If you're an LGBT blogger and want me to shout out to you, feel free to contact me. I'll be sure to make a mention to you. I actually wanted to create a section in this blog post where I salute certain bloggers in the LGBT realm who love my work. But since I don't get too many loyal readers (meaning anyone who doesn't post suspicious material and links to my blog in comments), I don't really know where my audience is that really supports my work. So PLEASE support me if you love my work!

General Blog Shout-Outs!

John B. Marine | 7/20/2011 01:53:00 AM | | | | Be the first to comment!
(UPDATED: May 7, 2012)

I have always wanted to do a shout-out blog post saluting other bloggers. Blogging is something I enjoy. I have met many people online through the means of blogging. It also gives me a chance to think about and thank many people whom have contributed to me or have been so supportive. I can't think of everyone, but I do want to pay tribute to a number of individuals and their blogs for their input. I always want to show that I appreciate the work of others in any such way I can. Because I don't usually get an idea of how much others mean to me, I want to put these words out there to show my support.

This blog post is like my blog post where I salute fashion blogs ("Fashion Blog Shoutouts!"), but this is a post about more than just fashion blogs. So I will be sure to post material and update it as much as I can to show continued support for fellow bloggers. On top of this, I PLEASE want all of you to visit any of these blogs so that you can follow them if you are also here on Blogger/Blogspot. The majority of blogs here will be Blogger/Blogspot blogs.

NOTE: This blog post is long and features many links. Since there are so many links, you may or may not know which blogs I may make mention to. So part of the glamour of reading this post is in finding out who I am actually shouting out to among the many blogs I follow.

LATEST UPDATE:

FEB 27 2012 - made some simple edits, added more blogs

--- Why Did I Post This? ---

When you publish material for the Internet, people will visit. People will start posting your material to their sites. This was especially true when my friends at GTPlanet.net posted a link to my blog post regarding the Gran Turismo 5 kiosk demo. My blog got MANY hits from around the world in one day. For once in my life as a blogger, my work actually meant something to someone.

I don't get too many comments from people who visit. I don't know what to think when I commonly visit certain blogs and post comments to blog posts. So I immediately assume that they appreciate my visit and hope I visit again. Really, I think I have a problem. I sometimes tend to think that I try to get a reaction from others for my posts. I look back at posts I make and see if someone liked or disliked my comments. Often times, my comment(s) is/are the most recent one with no one left to respond.

So in an attempt to let other bloggers know I care, I've posted this blog post. I will try to update it with newer links if I find any other blogs I want to offer words to. I want to know that for as much as I support other bloggers, that I hope some of those other bloggers have equal or greater respect for my own work. I hope this helps. The most important thing about this blog post is that I want to show my respect for others. Because I don't get as many Followers (at least those whom I can identify immediately) to my blog and because I don't get more people who actively comment on my material as opposed to on other blogs, I'm just putting this post online to show that your support isn't falling on deaf ears. Through my life, I sometimes never know how much people mean to me, or people themselves don't let me know how much my work means to them. How am I supposed to know that my work means something to you if you don't tell me? How am I supposed to know you're a fan of my work if you don't support me on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or wherever?

I hope this blog post will help better establish bonds and reputations with other bloggers and blogs. Now, let's get started.

--- General Blog Shout-Outs! - How This Post Works ---

Here's how it works. You will see a header of a certain blog. That header is the name of the blog. You can visit the blog in question if you see it has a hypertext link to it. Below the header is a description. It describes either what the blog is about, or my own commentary for the owner(s) of the blog in question. These comments are personal because with this being a blog saluting others, I want to be as sincere as possible in showing WHY I selected to talk about those specific blogs. This is similar to the "what I would tell ____ (if he/she/they were to read this)" in my "Famous People" blog posts.

And that's it. Here now are certain blogs I'd like to salute and for reasons why. Oh... please, my fellow readers, please visit their sites if my descriptions interest you. I want these blogs to get just a bit more attention thanks to your visit to my own blog.

--- General Blog Shot-Outs! ---

These blogs are not listed in any specific order. So have a look at these blogs if they may interest you. These are sites from around the world with people from around the world. Some of these blogs may be those you have seen me make notion of in previous posts.

JUST WANT TO SAY: If I mentioned you and/or your blog in this post, I want to thank you for even caring about me. I am glad to read your material and salute you accordingly.

JUST SO YOU KNOW... If I don't mention you or your blog, it doesn't mean I dislike your blog. I will add more blogs and people to this already huge blog post to show further appreciation of your work. Many of these blogs were included because of those who have interacted with me and replied back on my work and comments.

Ericaritish.

I never known that my work could inspire others. I feel my work and my presence really means something to people. One of the people to help me realize is a young lady named Joana Erica Danielle (or JED), who is better known by the pseudonym of Ericaritish. Ericaritish is a blog of many different insights as well as posts about her life. These insights include life issues, religion, and sometimes... total randomness. She enjoys blogging and discussing certain things. Part of her inspiration and love of blogging is because she hopes to be an award-winning author. That aspiration to become an author is the reason why I value her support of my work. For as much as she feels I have inspired her, I want her to become that celebrated author. I want her to perhaps inspire other Filipinos (and many others around the world) to become vastly respected in the realm of arts and media and literature. I wish her to reach a level of stardom that she is most happy with. If she wants to be as celebrated as any other famous author (like Stephen King or somebody), then I want her to aspire to these levels because in all honesty, Ericaritish even inspires MYSELF as much as I inspire her. If she wants to be popular in literature as fellow Filipinos Charice Pempengco and Sarah Geronimo are in the music realm; then I want her to reach that level of success. So feel free to check out Ericaritish for yourself.

Like I said earlier, Joana Erica Danielle, you even inspire me. You inspire me to do better and continue to be a positive blogging influence. Thank you for your support of my work. I wish many more people will get to read your blog and enjoy your content. If becoming a celebrated author is what you aspire, I hope you get to accomplish and realize these dreams because I want the best for you. and think you are an excellent person. There is no goal or dream that is impossible or insurmountable as long as you believe in yourself and your abilities. So keep on keeping on!

24K Forever!!!!.

One time, I came across a Filipino blogger whom have read my material and was looking for ways to enhance his own blog. This fellow named Warren uses classic songs to talk about things in his life. When he saw my blog, I felt like there was someone who wanted help with his own blog that he looked to people like me. There was no way I'd forget someone who saw my work so importantly that I'm looked up to for my own work. So do my friend a favor and visit his blog. I want him to have the sort of traffic and involvement associated with more visible and more successful blogs. Just do him a favor and give his blog a visit.

Let me thank you for your support. You could have found somebody else for help or guidance in blogging, but you found me and my blog, and I thank you for it. Best wishes to you in your blog getting more traffic.

Principessa Gabriella.

A young plus size fashion blogger named Gabriella was someone I came across one time from a certain blog (to be featured later). Because she enjoyed blogging and reading blogs, I quickly became respectful of her work. "Principessa" is Italian for "princess." While she's Principessa Gabriella in the blogging realm, I tend to think of her more as a queen or a goddess... which describes how beautiful she is in her fashion blog posts. She also posts about other things, like food and sometimes about music. Gabriella even linked back to "John's Blog Space" in a post where she mentioned 20 of her favorite blogs. She even noted four posts of mine which she has enjoyed reading. I owe so much to this young lady that I want you to have a visit if you enjoy her material as well.

Thank you, Gabriella. I'm proud to come across your blog and comment on your material. You are a great person with a greater heart. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Musings of a Sega Racing Fan.

One inspiring fellow whom I follow here on Blogspot is a young man named Eric. His blog posts mostly concern racing games (not just Sega racing games as the blog's title implies), but also non-racing games and certain life issues of his. He even talks about sports sometimes as well. I'm glad he found my blog and supports it. He also supports my "John's Gran Turismo Space" blog as well. If you're a racing game fan, why not visit "Musings of a Sega Racing Fan?"

Eric, thanks so much for your continued support. I want to let you know that I always want the best for you because you are a great guy. Best wishes to you in all aspects of life.

My Silk Fairytale.

Here are three things I know about Romania- (1) it is a country in southeastern Europe, (2) its capital is Bucharest, and (3) one of Romania's most beautiful and fashionable women is a young fashion blogger named Alina. My Silk Fairytale is a fairly new blog that was created back in April 2011. Alina dishes about her own fashion style along with inspirations and style stars she makes mention to. Hands down, she's a blazer girl. A lot of her looks involve wearing blazers. Get a feel for her fashion style and become part of her fairytale by visiting her blog! I greatly respect Alina as a regular visitor to my blog as well as for her comments to my blog posts.

Alina, I'm glad to find your blog. I am also glad of you to comment on my material. Best wishes to you in school, in life, and in love.

Pearls, Lace, and Ruffles.

Dee is a plus size fashion blogger from Ireland. She is a very cute young lady who enjoys vintage dresses and oh-so-girly fashion charm. Most of her material involves various Outfit of the Day (OOTD) posts along with some insight on things other than fashion. On a few rare occasions, she posts videos. This was where I got to appreciate not only her cute looks, but also her very sweet speaking voice. I do care about Dee because she values my own work. However, I always become concerned for her because there are certain things she talks about where I feel like I could help her feel better. Some issues involved things like people making fun of her weight and even the fact she has alopecia, which is the "loss of hair from the head or body (Wikipedia)." I am always concerned for this beautiful young Irish lady. I want to thank Dee for her continued support of my work as much as I appreciate her blogging work.

If Dee herself is reading this, I want to thank you for your support. I always want the best for you and always think of you as a friend. Most people who negatively criticize you are only jealous of how wonderful of a person you realy are. Your insight and intrigue help make the blogosphere better, so keep blogging to your heart's content.

Curvy Girl Chic.

Allison is a plus size fashion blogger. This lovely young Asian (Cantonese/Taiwanese) has a sweet smile and even sweeter looks. Her looks will astound you. Everything around you seems to feel heavenly and peaceful when you see this young beauty smile at the camera. Allison is surely eye candy.

"Curvy Girl Chic" is really a fantastic blog. You have equally fantastic style. It is rare I come across a post that I didn't like or don't like that much. Allison, you are amazingly beautiful. Keep up the great work with your blog and in providing inspiration to others.

Cupcake's Clothes.

Cupcake's Clothes is the blog of a young British girl named Georgina Doull. This plus size fashion blogger has one of the cutest blogs you will ever come across. I learned of it from Principessa Gabriella (explained earlier). So what is Georgina's style? Simple- artistic, expressive, and of course- cute and girly. You will be amazed by her creative fashions and looks. Give her blog a visit. It may just make your day.

Keep up the great work, Georgina! Even speaking as a guy, I do appreciate cuteness from a very cute lady. The air you provide in your blog is a positive one. Continue providing this happiness and fun for others.

Bigg Badd Wolf.

The Notorious Zag runs Bigg Badd Wolf. This plus size fashion blogger from the Baltimore, Maryland, USA area shares fashion posts and some other items. She provides everything from outfit posts to even poetry. A little of everything from The Notorious Zag is what she provides for all of her readers.

For her to support my work, I thank the Notorious Zag for her support. I greatly salute you for your support of my work. Thanks so much.

Fofoleca (Portuguese language).

I learned that "fofo" is Portuguese for "cute." Vanessa (or Vanny) is certainly a cutie with her fashion blog. The Brazilian's beauty is understandable in any language when you visit this Brazilian beauty's blog. Because her blog is in Portuguese, I have to translate to know what it is about. Not only is Fofoleca about plus size fashion (along with some of her own looks and beauty insight), Vanessa created this blog to also discuss losing weight and being healthy. Even if you don't speak or understand Portuguese, it is at least worth a visit to see this Brazilian beauty and her lovely outfit posts and beauty posts.

Thank you for your support, Vanessa. I am glad you respect and appreciate my work. Best wishes to you in all of your work.

Really Petite.

The petite blogging realm has many different petite fashion bloggers. One that stands out to me is Annie of Really Petite. This lady stands all of 5'0", but she is big on style. Annie also has a YouTube channel where she shares topics in her blog. If you think she looks beautiful, wait until you hear her speak. Her voice is as beautiful as her looks. Petite fashion lovers, give her blog a visit!

Annie, your blog is a great one. You are certainly one of the most beautiful bloggers, let alone petite fashion bloggers, online. Your YouTube material is equally helpful for petites. Continue providing quality content for all to enjoy.

cute and little.

You got to love a girl who is honest, and Kileen is honestly VERY cute. This sweet petite hailing from the Dallas area is a Taiwanese petite with a lovely sense of style. As part of the Color Brigade, her Color Brigade posts showcase this little cutie's colorful sense of style. You are invited to visit "cute and little" to gauge the full extent of Kileen's beauty.

Kileen, I appreciate your work as well as your great looks. So continue providing your exceptional content.

(Added: August 17, 2011)
This beautiful young petite named Adriana is a divinely beautiful lady. Most of her blog posts showcase some of her outfits and even offer some fashion advice. There is no shortage of material she has to offer for those who visit the California-born, Arizona-based Latina's blog. Have a look at this petite's immense charm and style by visiting "Little Petite" today!

TJ Petite (Wordpress)
TJ Petite linked to my "Sweet Petite!" blog post. From there, I felt like my work meant something to someone else. So I'm very pleased to show my support for TJ Petite, a fashion site for petites based in Utah.

Please take care and thank you for your continued support.

NOTE: As of the date of this blog post (July 19, 2011), the website in question is getting a makeover. Be warned that you may not get to do much of anything if you visit the link at this time.
