(UPDATED: December 4, 2013)

Bethenny Frankel- no limits. "Bethenny" is one of the latest shows to join the daytime talk show circuit. She's calling all of her girls to get real. This girlfriend is ready to discuss almost anything, take any sort of stand, and do it all on her show out of hardcore honesty. Bethenny is not another overhyped celebrity with a diva complex. Nor is she someone famous just for being famous. In fact, she's revered by her own ladies for her personality. This blog post is both a brief look at Bethenny and her talk show.

LATEST UPDATE(S)/REVISION(S):

DEC 3 2013 - added an extra section to "Bethenny Segments"; edited table

--- Bethenny Frankel and "Bethenny" ---

This is as much as I know about Bethenny with only minimal research...

Bethenny Frankel is famous for her appearances and involvements on "The Apprentice" and "The Real Housewives of New York." The (born: November 4, 1970)-year old native of New York City is revered among others for being so brutally honest and unapologetic over almost anything she expresses. She is also the founder of Skinnygirl products- which feature many different items ranging from her cocktail drinks to various other consumer products. Bethenny is also an author of different self-help books.

With all she has been through, Bethenny started up her own daytime talk show to give back to society while also helping out others with their problems. Enter her talk show...

"Bethenny" at a Glance.

The ordeals and situations Bethenny expresses on her show feature a variety of feminine-related issues as well as in helping certain people with their own issues. One segment she did was a home improvement segment that women don't need a man to do (Rosie the Riveter, much?). Some other segments feature Bethenny with various celebrities including those whom she has encountered in her personal and professional life.

IN CASE YOU'RE INTERESTED... The Bethenny theme song is called "Calling All My Girls" by Sirens of Soho. The original song can be heard here: Bethenny Theme Calling All My Girls by Sirens of Soho.

--- Bethenny Segments ---

Here is a little look at some of the different segments of "Bethenny."

Panel Discussion.

Bethenny incorporates a panel of about three people discussing certain issues along with involvement from the audience.

Bethenny in Your Business.

The items discussed in "Bethenny in Your Business" (or "Bethenny in Your Bu$iness") is all about discussing certain issues involving consumer products and certain companies.

_____ Unfiltered.

(ADDED: December 4, 2013)
In Bethenny's "Unfiltered" segments, she brings her brutally honest and anything-goes commentary to any number of issues.

Frankel-y Speaking.

If you hear the theme to "Bethenny," the theme song encourages her girls to get real. "Frankel-y Speaking" encourages her audience. This is where audience members make confessions on national television from a booth and even on set. Nothing is off-limits, and you may hear some insane confessions.

Would You Ever...?

Would you ever... this feature asks if you would do something that most people would find unacceptable or damaging. It's real girlfriend talk here.

Afraid to Ask.

Because of the no limits atmosphere of the show, one can assume certain topics people are scared to ask are eventually allowed and discussed. Even issues regarding sex and intimacy are part of the discussion.

These are all among various segments featured in most installments of "Bethenny." There is your look at the Bethenny show.

--- "Bethenny" Review ---

It is different a male is discussing a show mostly pertaining to feminine issues, so my review will be most unique speaking as a male. I know VERY LITTLE about Bethenny Frankel and what all she's been through and what all she stands for. That said- I respect the heck out of Bethenny and what she brings to the daytime talk show circuit. Bethenny seems more like a person who say whatever she wants about something rather than what you would want to hear. She probably wouldn't care about winning popularity contests. She takes stands and doesn't always stay neutral. Despite her hardcore honesty, Bethenny is no diva. She's about as down-to-earth as you can get.

Being an inspirational and relatable voice justifies Bethenny as a likable and respectful figure. Even if you know nothing or very little about Bethenny (like I do), Bethenny is someone who you can eventually accept and understand... and ultimately appreciate.

--- What I Would Tell Bethenny (if she read this) ---

Bethenny Frankel, for all you exhibit and showcase on your show, I have great respect for you and your work. In no way am I educated on a lot of today's celebrities. You and your show are incredible. Even speaking as a male, you provide some differing views and brutally honest material that a lot of women can relate to. The various insights and variety of topics you showcase are incredible. All I can suggest is to keep providing your incredible and unique insight.

Would I Want to Meet Bethenny (if given the chance)?

Why not? She's about as real and relatable as they come. Absolutely would love to meet her.

Oh, I recognize her from a magazine I read once! I had no idea she was a talk show host though. I totally love the title of Frankel-y Speaking. It's so perfect! I agree--it take guts to talk about touchy issues so bluntly!
